Valuing Real Estate in a Changing Market 8 hours ACE
This appraising in a declining market course is very current and much needed information. It helps the real estate professional better analyze where a market is headed by relying on their own conclusions as opposed to those in the media. Real Estate agents find it very helpful it convincing sellers about proper pricing.

Deloris Kraft-Longoria, Enforcement Director of the Texas Appraiser and Licensing Board will be our dinner speaker. Friday's dinner and speaker is included in the course registration fee.
LUNCH - Friday and Saturday ~ Box lunches will be provided for registered students.
NOTE: Hotel Breakfast is for HOTEL GUESTS only. We will have coffee and donuts for students in the class room.

Reviewing Residential Appraisals ~ 4.6A 7 Hrs ACE
Reviewing Residential Appraisals is designed to help any person who is involved in the underwriting process and/or the handling of appraisal reports, to better understand single family residential appraisal reports and the appraisal review process. It also prepares the student for the Certified Appraisal Reviewer and Certified Mortgage Appraisal Reviewer certifications.
This course includes extensive use of actual appraisal reports as examples and as case studies. All students are involved, hands on, in the actual review process during the class.
One of the two courses required for NAIFA's Certified Appraisal Reviewer and Certified Mortgage Appraisal Reviewer certifications.
INSTRUCTOR: Dale Bynum, IFA TIME: Registration at 7:30 am; Class at 8 am to 4 pm.

The conference is priced either as a two day event or a single day. Either day's registration includes Social and Networking Hour and Dinner/Speaker on Friday. Allowance is made (Dinner Registration) for a guest for the dinner program.

Attendee Refund Policy: Individuals who cancel NAIFA class registration more than 7 business days prior to the start of the class are eligible for a full refund. Between 7 and 3 business days, the registrant is subject to a $50 cancellation charge. Within 2 business days of the class, no refund will be given.
